Blocked Sites


Here is a list of all the websites we have defined and are now blocked. Future updates will address more websites. You can also aid in this procedure. When a website is this list is accessed, it is blocked and either a redirection to another website occurs or the Internet Explorer address bar is erased. If a website is not in this list it is not blocked.

Add a new blocked site

You can add a new site to block or ban. This will allow you to increase the amount of websites you deem inapropiate. Clicking on the Add button brings up the following display.

Enter a new website name in the textbox. The correct format is NOT http://www.bannedsite.com, Parental Filter only needs bannedsite, adding the http:// or the www or the .com limits the blocking caperbilities of Parental Filter. After this click the add button, it is added to the list and is now blocked.

Remove a blocked site

You can remove a blocked site simply by clicking the website address you want to remove and then clicking the remove button. You will not see the website in the listbox and know it has been removed.

You can add and remove websites as you please, if you remove all the websites Parental Filter is not blocking any websites.
